Nexa chess

Cookies and local storage policy

Last updated: 11 April 2026 (2026-04-11)

1. Technologies we use

In addition to HTTP cookies sent automatically when the authentication provider sets them, Nexa chess uses browser local storage (localStorage) for preferences and dashboard cache. For transparency this may be treated like persistent cookies.

3. Analytics cookies (consent only)

Nexa chess may integrate audience measurement (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Plausible Analytics or Vercel Analytics). These are not enabled until you choose “Accept analytics”. If you choose “Necessary only”, you can still use the app with technical cookies and functional local storage, without third-party measurement signals.

4. Behavioural advertising

We do not use cookies for behavioural advertising or third-party remarketing.

5. How to revoke or delete

You can delete cookies and site data from your browser settings. If you remove session cookies you will need to sign in again. If you clear localStorage you will lose local preferences, dashboard cache and consent record: on reload the cookie banner will appear again.

6. More information

For personal data beyond cookies, see the privacy policy.
